Full Description: This DCS Liberty Collection Grill Island Package features a 36 Inch DCS Gas Grill, Double Side Burner and Griddle Unit, Double Refrigerated Drawers, as well as storage drawers beneath both he grill and the side burner/griddle unit. This DCS Gas Grill features 646 square inches of main bbq grilling area, (3) 25,000 BTU stainless steel gas burners, 14,000 BTU infrared rear burner, double-sided stainless steel grilling grates, smoker tray with dedicated 3,500 BTU burner, heavy duty rotisserie motor (holds up to 50 lbs) w/ Smart Beam bbq grill light, 9-volt battery ignition and removable stainless steel warming rack. The cord for the rotisserie motor is 24 inches long. Cart beneath grill is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel and features Condiment shelf in (LP) Propane access door, one small drawer to hold your tool set, towels, etc. And one large drawer to hold your wood chips or grill cover - or fill it with ice to keep your drinks or meats chilled. The DCS Grill cooking area dimensions are: 19. 75 D x 32. 25 W. The DCS Liberty Side Burner/Griddle unit features 17,000 BTU double side burners, a 12,000 (15 in. Beneath the side burner/griddle unit is the 30 inch Liberty cart which is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel and features a right-hand drawer that is a pull-out (LP) Propane tank storage and a left-hand drawer that has rolling racks and a large bin which you can store bulky items in or fill with ice to keep your drinks or marinating meat chilled. The Grease Management System (36" and 48" grills only)
DCS's unique Grease Management System features heavy duty cast stainless steel u-channeled cooking grids that angle slightly toward the front of the grill. This design allows the excess grease, that normally falls down to the burner causing flare-ups, to instead drain away from the flames and into the drip tray for easy disposal.
The Liberty Collection is a suite of outdoor cooking components that adjoin with themselves or to existing DCS grills in any combination you desire. They give you the freedom to devise your ideal outdoor kitchen island and have it up and running in time for tonight's bbq.
